Camping regulations
1. ON ARRIVAL
a. Document Registration
Upon arrival, guests are requested to immediately report to the reception office to register their documents, one for each guest (mandatory according to current regulations), to complete the Public Safety form and to read the internal regulations.
b. Reception Opening Hours
The reception offices are open to the public from 8:00 am to 2:00 pm and from 3:00 pm to 7:30 pm throughout the opening period.
c. Payment for Stay
Guests are required to settle their bill upon arrival during the cashier’s office opening hours.
d. Pitch Assignment
The pitch is assigned by management, which, depending on the situation, may take into account specific requests from guests. Booking a pitch only guarantees accommodation in the areas available upon arrival. No more than one person may occupy a single pitch, unless otherwise specified by management.
e. Accommodation Delivery
Management reserves the right to take into consideration the guest’s preference for the type of bungalow or pitch, but cannot guarantee it. Management reserves the right to change this preference, based on availability, without notice. The daily rate includes one parking space; any second car will be charged separately (subject to availability). Delivery of the units is guaranteed. Accommodations are available from 5:00 PM. The balance for your stay must be paid upon arrival at Camping Blu.
f. Motorcycles
Mopeds are prohibited within the facility.
2. DURING YOUR STAY
a. Visits
During your stay, any visitors must be admitted through the reception offices and may only access the holiday park after leaving an identity document with the designated staff at the entrance. Pets are prohibited.
b. Internal Traffic
Motorcycles or other motorized vehicles are not permitted unless authorized by management. Motor vehicles are prohibited within Camping Blu from midnight to 7:00 am and from 2:00 pm to 4:00 pm. Motor vehicles within the holiday park must proceed at walking pace, except for loading and unloading.
c. Rest Hours
From 2:00 pm to 4:00 pm and from midnight to 7:00 am, noises that may disturb rest, such as those deriving from the use of radios, televisions, stereos, musical instruments, or noisy gatherings, are strictly prohibited. To respect general tranquility, it is mandatory, even during permitted times, to keep radios, televisions, stereos, and musical instruments at a very moderate volume.
d. Childcare
The holiday park management does not supervise the activities of its guests. Childcare, in particular, is the sole responsibility of parents or other guardians, who are also responsible towards third parties and are exempt from any liability towards the managers and the campsite owners. These persons will ensure that children do not cause damage or put themselves in danger within the holiday park or while using the playground. The specific regulations must be observed in the swimming pool area. Ball games are prohibited between tents, on the roads, and in the swimming pool area.
e. Hygiene Rules
Camping Blu offers a thorough cleaning service and relies on the cooperation of its guests to keep the facility as tidy as possible. Please remember that waste must be separated into well-sealed bags and placed in the appropriate containers. To respect the environment, proper waste separation (according to the instructions provided by management) facilitates effective disposal.
Sinks, washbasins, and sinks must be used according to the instructions. Toilets must also be used correctly. Any damage resulting from negligent use will be the responsibility of the Guest.
Please remember that chemical toilets must be emptied only in the designated drains located in the various toilet blocks and in the designated area adjacent to them.Before the main entrance.
Guests are required to keep and leave the pitch tidy and clean as they were left.
Bed linens are mandatory on the beds in the accommodation units. Those who do not have them can rent them at the reception office.
For safety reasons, smoking is prohibited inside the accommodation units.
Car washing is prohibited.
f. Insurance and Internal Security
The management declines all responsibility for theft, accidents, or damage to property or persons. It is also not liable for damage caused by storms, hailstorms, falling trees or branches, illnesses, including diseases of plants, epidemics, fires, force majeure, etc.
g. Damage, theft, or loss of items
Management is not responsible for any damage, theft, or loss of guests’ property. Anyone who, in any way, damages or steals property belonging to the holiday park is required to compensate for the damage caused and, when possible, to return the items.
If guests find an item lost or forgotten by other guests, they are kindly requested to hand it over to management.
h. Disruptions
Guests are kindly requested to inform management of any equipment failures or disruptions within the holiday park.
i. Fires and barbecues
It is forbidden to light fires on the grounds or in any other common area. Barbecues are permitted in the designated area, provided they are turned off after use.
l. Signs within the holiday park
All instructions on the signs posted in the Camping Blu area must be respected.
m. Pets
Pets are not allowed in the accommodation units.
3. DEPARTURE
a. Pitches
Departure must take place between 8:00 am and 12:00 pm; otherwise, the entire day will be charged, i.e. The daily rate for the pitch and guests, regardless of arrival time.
b. Accommodations
Departure must take place between 8:00 and 9:30 a.m. Otherwise, the full day will be charged, i.e., the daily rate for the pitch and guests, regardless of arrival time.
Remaining within the holiday park after 9:30 a.m. will incur the full daily rate for the accommodation and transportation. The booked period, even if not fully used due to late arrival or early departure, must still be paid.
Any breakages or missing items will be deducted from the €150 deposit paid upon arrival.
SAFETY OF FACILITIES AND GUEST RESPONSIBILITY
Only lightweight and completely removable structures such as caravans, campers, tents, verandas, or gazebos are permitted on the pitches. The construction of fixed structures is prohibited. All installations must be kept safe and adequately anchored. The customer is responsible for any damage. Management reserves the right to request the immediate removal of any installation deemed unsafe, non-compliant, or dangerous.
All guests are required to use, within their tents, caravans, or campers, only appliances, systems, and accessories (electrical, gas, or otherwise) that comply with current regulations and have the necessary safety certifications, where required (e.g., CE marking or equivalent).
It is expressly forbidden to use non-compliant, defective, or potentially dangerous devices.
Guests assume all civil and criminal liability arising from the use of the aforementioned equipment and expressly release the campsite management from any liability for damage to persons or property caused by installations or uses that do not comply with current regulations.
